Come Together Peace Gathering - Sunday, March 12th at 4:30 PM

Everett V. 31 December 1969 19:00 Diamond Lake Lutheran Church is hosting the March Twin Cities Come Together Peace Gathering to pray for peace and an end to gun violence in our communities. This will be a Prayer Vigil service that will bring together groups and congregations from all over the Twin Cities, including: Luther Seminary, Lutheran Social Service of MN, Augsburg College, the Saint Paul and Minneapolis Area Synods of the ELCA, Faith in the City, Diamond Lake Lutheran, St Peter's AME, St Bridget, New Creation, and Ascension Church, Macedonia Baptist, the Minneapolis Police Department, The Metropolitan Male Chorus, and Protect Minnesota, to raise awareness for the prevention of gun violence. Your participation greatly appreciated!
Afterwards, we will have a fellowship reception with food and refreshments. Diamond Lake Lutheran Church is located at 5760 Portland Ave. S. in South Minneapolis. The service will start at 4:30 PM.

Come Together Peace Walk and Peace Caroling - Sunday, March 19th at 1:30 PM

Everett V. 31 December 1969 19:00 Diamond Lake Lutheran Church is hosting the March Twin Cities Come Together Peace Walk and Peace Caroling event that will bring together groups and congregations from all over the Twin Cities, including: Luther Seminary, Lutheran Social Service of MN, Augsburg College, the Saint Paul and Minneapolis Area Synods of the ELCA, Faith in the City, Diamond Lake Lutheran, St Peter's AME, St Bridget, New Creation, and Ascension Church, Macedonia Baptist, the Minneapolis Police Department, The Metropolitan Male Chorus, and Protect Minnesota, to march together through the streets of South Minneapolis in order to raise awareness for the prevention of gun violence. Your support and participation will be greatly appreciated!
