Since the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, we've seen a flood of projects come in addressing gun violence and demonstrating solidarity with the Parkland community.

Most of these projects are around organizing their own local school walkouts in conjunction with the efforts of the Parkland student leaders:

Marian High School Walkout

School Walkout Against Gun Violence

ENOUGH: Lexington High School Walkout

Cathedral High School Walkout

March for Our Lives Gainesville

Ohio Teens Rallying for #GunControlNow

Youth Rally to End Gun Violence

Quaker Teen March Against Gun Violence

Rolling Hills Middle School Walkout

Kennesaw Mountain High School EMPOWER Walkout

Additionally, we have projects like Bake Action Against Gun Violence, which is using Jewish baking tradition to raise awareness, spread kindness and fundraise.

And then there's BAM Against Gun Violence, a project started by students in Chicago to reduce the gun violence in their community.

Each of these projects showcase the amazing power and ability for young people to organize and take action when they're called to.
