Last week, the worst school shooting since Parkland, Fl went down at a high school in Santa Fe, Texas. A 17-year-old student shot and killed eight students and two teachers, also injuring at least 10 others. Wearing a trench coat and a “Born to kill” t-shirt, he entered the school with a shotgun and a .38 revolver under his coat. Among the victims was his ex-girlfriend, yet his motives are still unclear.
Police were able to apprehend the shooter and potentially saved many more students from further tragedy. They located two homemade explosive devices on campus that could have been detonated if not for prompt police action.
An interview with an unidentified female student has been spreading through social media. The student isn’t surprised by this shooting as it seems that school shootings have been happening everywhere, so it was just a matter of time before it happened at her school.
