A Peacemaking Project by John Paul W.

What is the injustice we are solving?

It is poverty and unemployment.

Our Compassionate Solution:

To solve this injustice of poverty and unemployment
we will address Few jobs than the applicants, Technological changes.
by Financially supporting Youth Projects.

Our Project Plan:

Goals

  • To erradicate poverty and have equal access to resources for young people in the community. To reduce drug abuse among the youth.

We will increase my / our compassion by...

We are going to ensure that all the youth have an equal opportuinty to employment regardless of their gender. Through this project, we shall engage in the clegies and leaders in our community to guide us. Our main target is to engange over 80 youth in the community with the aim of eradicating poverty and unemployment.

How will you show courage?

We will show our courage by ensuring that all the youth register in under this project participate in person without using lots of labour force from other parties. ( atleast 80% of the youth involvement). we shall also show caurage by sensitizing more youth to take part in agriculture and showing them the benefits of it and how it can help them to overcome the challenge of unemployment and poverty.

How will you collaborate with others?

As I had mentioned earlier, we shall get all the necessary assistance from the community leaders or clergies, we shall also collaborate with minded organizations like youth a live Uganda, Uganda youth Network, together with the ministry of gender of social development. And for this case, the ministry will be monitoring us on far we have gone with our project.

How will you know you are moving in the right direction? (What are specific ways you can measure your impact?)

We are to use our Project ledgers that we have been using to monitor and evaluate our projects. A Project ledger is the likely tool we shall use throughout the time of our project. During and after the implementation, we are going to engage the community to record on the current affairs in relation to our goals. These will help us see if we are on the right truck or not. And if not, it will help us to know what to do next. This is an evaluation tool that can help us know whether we are moving in the right direction.

Key Steps

  • • To Identify the project needs
  • • Confirm the objectives and goals of the Project
  • • Project Scope description
  • • Identifying the Expectations and acceptance
  • • To Identify constraints
  • • To Identify necessary changes in our project
