50/50 Day Film from The Moxie Institute

50/50 Day events will kick off with a 20-minute film screening of Tiffany Shlain’s documentary, "50/50: Rethinking the Past, Present & Future of Women + Power." This powerful film shares the often neglected story of female leaders throughout history and outlines a vision for how to make gender equality a reality. After the film, groups are encouraged to facilitate a discussion and/or participate in a global Q & A with thought leaders on gender equality. There are tons of free materials available to help make for a meaningful and much-needed discussion on what it’s going to take to get to 50/50 - a more gender balanced world that’s better for everyone. There are already over 9,500 events happening in 46 U.S. States and 51 countries!
