Police in Milwaukee recently apologized to NBA rookie, Sterling Brown, for tasing and unlawful use of force back in January. What should have been a simple parking ticket escalated into police intimidation and overuse of force.

Body camera footage was released with the apology in an attempt by the Milwaukee Police Department to demonstrate more transparency. In recent years, the department has received some flack for its relationship with African-American residents due to a few high-profile cases of police misconduct.
